Moire problem

Hi, I use the capture One on a mac with Catalina

 

i made pics for printing and when i upload them I can see moire for a very short moment, just a part of a second, then it disappears. 

But when i send the pics to the customer the moire is really visible and looks awful. i just can't see it on my computer

It just comes up and disappears

Do anyone know anything about this?
