Adjustments not saving with export/processed Images in C1 21?

New C1 user (on 2020 iMac M1), and am trying my first edits and processing. In one of the images with which I'm working, I have a clone adjustment layer to edit out some unwanted background details. When I try to save/export/process the image to either TIFF or JPG, when I open the saved file in another program (i.e., preview) what I see doesn't have the adjustments applied to it. I eventually want to send this off to print, but if the adjustments aren't captured and I can't verify the image before I do so, I'm stuck. Any help?

    Try to disable the Hardware acceleration: C1 -> Preferences -> Hardware acceleration both off

    The same problem here. Turning off hardware acceleration didn't help.

    Are Exporting the variant or the original?

    Are you using the Export function or an Output Recipe process?

    Turning off both hardware accelerations seemed to work.Trying just now to export a variant, the resulting file did have the corrections I applied. Before turning off the acceleration, I had tried both an Output Process and an Export Variant, and neither had worked. Thanks, all, for the suggestions.
