I don't see the Healing Brush in my tools, just draw and erase tools

    What version of Capture One are you on?

    That explains it, then. The heal and clone brushes were a new feature in version 20.1 (build 13.1.0). You could update to the final version of Capture One 20 (a free update as it's still version 20, not version 21) which is 13.1.4.

    Thank you! In updates, I'm only seeing 14.0.2 and nothing else. When I click that version its asking me to download Capture One 21

    Also, when I downloaded Capture One 21, I tried putting in my login credentials and it wasn't getting me through. It was the right password and user login information but it wasn't letting me log in.

    But you should be able to log in to your account on the Capture One website and find 13.1.4. Or try here
