Tethering with Sony Camera

I seem to have lost tethering ability with my Capture One 12. I downloaded Capture One 21 on a 30 day trial and tether works flawlessly. It also works in the dedicated Sony apps and Lightroom. 

Not sure what to do as its a crucial part of my work and I am not sure why the software has been crippled, works in everything other way. Seems like a violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Forcing a user to upgrade by crippling the current version.
