Camera DB for Phase One P30+

I am unable to install capture one DB for my Phase One P30+.

I can not process my capture files, i am not happy processing them in LR

I am a registered P30+ digital back owner, I am unable to install Capture one. I am unable to find my old license key. What are the possible solutions?

    You could try contacting Support, using the Submit a Request link at the top right of this page.

    Or make contact with Phase One hardware support using their Support Case system or their forum.

    AFAIK Capture One DB is now obsolete and has been replaced with the current C1 Pro.
    You need to contact support for a new free licence code to use with your P30+.

    The Phase One team can supply access to Capture One for Phase One - previously referred to in earlier versions as Capture One DB.
