    After you deactivate are you sure you re using the new non-trial Activation code?

    I know that sounds a rather simple and possibly stupid question but sometimes one needs to start over at step one.

    Good point but yes I used the purchase activation code.

    I think some issues with activation have spilt over from lat year, it is likely best contacting support. You may get quicker resolution if you highlight the issue on Twitter

    Log into your account and head to Manage Licenses.

    I expect you can see 2 entries. On for Trial License and one for Perpetual License (or Subscription?)

    In the Trail License section go on an make sure the trial is deactivated. That should stop the trial appearing I would think.

    Then make sure the Perpetual License section has a activation for the computer you are using.

    If all of that is already looking OK then you will need to contact the Support Team but so long is it is working and continues to work there is no difference in functionality as long as both are running in Pro mode so the only issue may be if the Trial period suddenly ends. Or are you already past that point?
