Browser Issues with Duel Monitor
Hi
This issue more than likely a system / monitor configuration problem but to date I have been unable to resolve.
Windows 10 64bit which about a week ago crashed to the extent that I had to re-install. It is on its own SSD with only those programmes that are required for the computer to function i.e. monitor – security.
All other programmes are downloaded and installed on entirely different HD’s.
I have a two monitor setup.
Asus PB278Q and an Ezio 2730
Capture Pro 21 14.0.2.36
I am having an issue within the Browser – the dropdown section of, export, edit, colour tag, rating etc.
The browser is on the right side.
When right click on an image / images list appears. When clicking on an arrowhead be it export, edit, colour tag nothing appears only on the right-hand side and because the browser is on the right side of the screen the list is displayed on my second monitor. On disconnecting the second monitor and the drop-down menu is shown on the left as expected.
Prior to the re-installing the OS the drop-down list did appeared on the left-hand side.
I have tried to rectify by altering the settings within Monitor – display, Personalisation and NVIDA control Panel. Whilst the monitor / display altered as per the changes but made no difference to how the drop-down box was displayed. I have now reset to the settings back.
I have tried altering via, View / Custom Browser. Whilst the sizes are available nothing happens when I click on them. The Increase and Decrease Thumbnail Size are greyed out.
Other than reinstalling the OS I have not consciously changed anything else – obviously, I have and as is often the case you cannot see what is staring you in the face and it takes someone else to point it out.
Any suggestions welcome.
