Upgrade offer price not working - from Capture One Pro 12 (Sony)

I tried the upgrade offer in the website. There are lower prices shown for every upgrade option. But when I click to upgrade the cart shows original price without any offer. Strange.

  Are you already using the subscription plan?

  This is primarily a User to User forum. I doubt anyone here can answer.

  Best to use the "Submit a request" option and send a question to the appropriate C1 department.

  I own a perpetual license. The offers appear after I login and enter the existing activation key. The reason for posting here is to find if other users face the same issue. I have decided to go with Skylum luminar 4 (costs half of C one) for quick edits and darktable (free and open) for detailed editing.
