Change size of viewer, browser and tools using windows PC Capture 21

It looks like you can change the size of these things if you are on a MAC, but I am on a PC.  On my screen they are just too big.  Does anyone know of a way to change the sizes like you can do in lightroom.  Dragging the little arrows only goes so far.  Please advise!!

    You can change the size of the Tools within a certain range just drag the panel side. There is a minimum in order to make the sliders usable.

    The Browser panel can similarly be resized from basically full screen to a single row of thumbnails. Again there is a minimum but you need to be able to see the images.

    The viewer window expands when you shrink the side panels.

    You can toggle the Browser on/off with Ctrl B.

    You can toggle the Tools on/off with Ctrl T

    Viewer can be maximised by turning off proof margins with Ctrl Alt P. You can also turn off Labels and the viewer toolbar.

    What size/resolution screen are you using?
