Customization of C1 20 gone after unintentional failed opening with C1 12

Hi!

suddenly a session of C1 20 has been opened in C1 12 but failed.

While opening by drag and drop session of C1 20 onto C1 20 all my menu customization of C1 20 has gone, looks like first launch!

please help!

    sorry, changed also working environment, solved!

    how do i use one monitor space environemt and ad just one browser window to put it on second screen, possible?

    It looks like you already discovered that every time you install a C1 update, the first time you open C1 it defaults to their default workspace, but it retains your custom keyboard shortcuts if you saved a set. Switch back to your preferred workspace from the Workspace menu.

    You'll need to create a custom workspace if you want to use 2 monitors. Just drag whatever tools you want to the second monitor and save the results. This is what I've done and it works well. The only thing that isn't saved is if that the Color Editor always opens in the simple mode and you need to click "Advanced" to get the full editor open. Be sure to save your custom workspace when it's the way you want it.
