Importing from a card to an existing session
I am shooting tethered with Capture one pro 21. I need to shoot to a card in another location. When importing images into the session it imports into a totally different session. Early on it used to import fine into the session I was working in, now it seems to open a totally different session with all my other images on them. How do I imort into the currently working session.

I would open the session you want to import into, make sure you don't have any other sessions open at the same time, then insert the card in your card reader, and choose import (if the import dialog isn't set to open automatically). If that doesn't create the right result, check that the folder you want to import to is actually set as the Capture folder for that session.

Do I understand correctly that your "Capture folder" for the Session is on a storage card somewhere outside the session's folder structure?
Does your active session have that location, specifically the folder or folders that are being filled with images, registered as a "Favourite(s)"? Do you have the "Set as Capture Folder" link pointing to the same place as the Capture Folder in the camera tether control tools?
If using a Session all of the edit information will be created in the folder (using subfolders) on the remote card. Is that acceptable? Does the card have the storage capacity and the connectivity speed to work satisfactorily?
