How can I change from capture one for sony to capture one pro

I recently upgraded my license for a year to sony, but now I want the capture one pro, do I have to pay the full price?

    I think you need to discuss that with a Human to see what is possible.

    Just to be a little clearer by "discuss with a human" I mean that, based on previous threads I have seen,  I don't think there is anything that can be done through the order processing system as if currently exists. (02/2021)
