Price perpetual license

Hallo, I've a question: Last Year I bought a subscription license at a special price 154€. This year I renewal the license but the price is 220€. IT COST MORE THEN AN OWN LICENSE 209€ 

1 QUESTION: Why the renewal of the license it not like last year 154€? The special Price is it valid only for one year?

2 QUESTION: Why it cost MORE then the OWN License?

    No, not drag and drop of images but of keywords for the image. I use presets to recall a collection of keywords for an image and then fine tune it by adding some extra and reordering, ranking them. Ironically, LR doesn't allow this and yet it's mainly Adobe Stock that requires image keywords to be ranked.

    I think 24 for Capture 22 is expensive. I think its expensive in general!
