Exporting problem

Since upgrading to capture one 21 when I export an image it does not go to the folder I specify and always goes to the one folder

    Which folder is that? Can you share a screenshot of the export dialog? Are you using the "export" dialog or the "process recipe" tab?

    FYI, for me, the feature works just fine, always putting it where i want it to be...

    The Export Recipe has a tab, called file. That one works in connection with the "Export Location" part of the dialog above. I assume something is set there?

    I have the trial version. I get black pictures from export. is this version limited?

    I've upgraded to the latest version of Capture One Pro 15.3.0.109

    the Phase One IQ3 files come out with vertical and horizontal lines in it.
