Noise pattern

Just installed Capture one 21. I've used Capture One 10 prior to this and haven't experienced this problem before. The noise seems to be appearing whenever the picture is enlarged or decreased while editing, as well as  when I'm exporting a file (in JPG format).

When exporting I can clearly see the noise "flashing" just before I receive the confirmation that the file has been succesfully exported. Unfortunately, the noise pattern is also transferred to the exportet picture on the mac. I'd love to know if there is a solution to this problem as it is a bit annoying.
