"...all my catalogs are gone!!!!" is not very precise. What did happen?

    • Are you unable to find the catalog files with Windows Explorer?
    • Does Capture One not "see" the catalogs?
    • Are the Catalog files demaged?
    • Or what else did happen?

If you see no catalogs listed at the top of the Library tool in Capture One, that could just mean that the recent documents list has been cleared. You should be able to go to File>Open then navigate to the .cocatalog file you want (or the .cosessiondb file for sessions) and open them. As you do so, the list will gradually repopulate. It's just like the list of recent files in something like Microsoft Word, or Microsoft Excel. Limited to the 10 most recent, I think.

    Eric,

If you have have so many crashes in such a short period the loss of a list of recently used catalogs is probably the least of your problems. You really need to identify what is causing the crashes and how to fix that problem.

Have you applied any Windows Updates?

    Any driver updates?

Has the installation been working satisfactorily up to the point that the crashes started?
