Managing licenses
Good afternoon,
At the moment I have a trial version of CaptureOne 21 that I want to replace by a paid versions. But I have no access in my private area for managing my licenses. I am logged in. Then I get a webpage to send my email address. After submitting this I get a confirmation that a mail have been send to me with the steps tot take to manage my licenses. But I do not receive any mail from your company.
