two sessions dissapeared - help!

so i went to open two recent sessions from the browes in capture one,  and they are just gone.  I dont understand where they went?  Any suggestions?  I'm working on a MacBook Pro.

    The "Recents" list or, do they seem to have vanished from the disk?

    The list of recently opened sessions and catalogs is sometimes cleared.  Use File -> Open... (cmd-O) and navigate to the location of the session in the Open Window.  Select the .cosessiondb file and hit the open button.  That will open the session.  It should also add it to the list of recently used sessions.

    FYI: this is true for almost many Mac apps.  There is a File -> Open... and File -> Open Recent.   Capture One gives you an alternate way to access Open Recent.
