Is C1 working on M1 Apple processors ?
I wonder if C1 is working on M1 Apple processors ? I hope so.

If you are asking if Capture One functions on an M1 Mac, the answer seems to be yes! I just picked one up, and everything seems to be running quite well. Compared to my Mid-2017 15" MacBook Pro, I can notice no major difference on my new M1 powered MacBook Air.
As for native support, I believe they have mentioned that it is in the works and that:
"Native ARM support will be released in one of the next updates to Capture One 21."

What is the difference between "C1 running well on Apple M1 laptop" or "native ARM support" ?
I supposed the major difference between Macbook Pro and Macbook Air M1 is that Air has no obtrusive fans ?

Different architectures requires some difference on code. If your software is not native, it had to go through an emulator which can decrease performance and some functions might not run as expected.

But it works rather normally on M1 Macbook Air ?

Granting that I have only had the new M1 Mac for a short time - it is running perfectly fine, if anything it seems very slightly faster than my old MacBook Pro 15. The new computer is a 13" MacBook Air 8 Core with 16GB of ram.
I did a very quick and small editing session yesterday with ~250 images in and ~75 exported. The shots were taken on a 24MP Nikon Z5, and the performance was great, I didn't notice any slowdowns or hiccups. The computer remained very cool even while exporting which is something that I cannot say for my MacBook Pro... which gets uncomfortably warm around the Touch Bar. I generally edit with the computer on a desktop and plugged in to a larger monitor, but for this quick session, it was perfectly fine on my lap.
All told, I was very impressed considering the software was running through an emulator as the other comment mentioned above. When this does get actually ported over to run 'natively' on the M1 processor architecture, I imagine things will only run better/faster/more efficiently!

But is it so that the new Air M1 has no fan ? I have MBP 2019 16'' and the fans are so annoying ... (I already ordered Air M1, arriving next month)

The Air is fanless and totally silent (where there is also a 13" MBP with the M1 as well that has a fan).
I agree the fans on the Intel MBPs are constantly running for me and it is indeed annoying - more to the point for me though is that my 15" Mac gets super hot when I am in capture one - where my new M1 air stays cool, silent, and seems to run just as well for me.

Great ! Looking forward :) Maybe I will then sell MBP :)
