How to get license keyI

I have tried to get my license key by using the Manage Licenses and the Order History functions.  I submit my email address as requested asn get the message that an email has been sent.  I have done this numerous times.  I have rechecked the account email address which did ot help.  Is there any to get my license key in order to get my purchased software to run?

    Hi Richard,

    I too am having issues with Fastspring, the Mickey Mouse company that 'handles' C1's online sales... 

    My latest purchase is not logged with my other purchases in my C1 profile, I bought the software 5 days ago, yet have had no receipt, and no license key... Capture One, as usual just don't want to know.

    I can't either. Looks like maybe they need to update their SSL certs...
