Password reset problem
I downloaded 21, and it would't accept my password.. I tried to reset, but the promised email never arrived.. yes I did check my spam folder. Has this happened to anyone else, and if so, how did you solve this problem? I did report this to Capture One via their "submit a request' with no response so far. It's been 24 hours. In the meantime I can no longer open v 20, so the consequence of my upgrading is that I can no longer use this app at all.

Never mind.. I did manage to dig up the correct password and open the app. I do feel frustrated though that I was left to hang out to dry by Capture One when I wasn't able to reset my password. Zero response and zero help to resolve what should have been a simple problem to fix. Especially troubling since I'd just spent $159 for an upgrade.
