error on desactivation capture one express

Trying to re-use capture one E., I understood that using Windows 7 was no longer appropriate. So I decided to install C1E on a new Windows 10 PC. (I thought 3 pc was the maximum).

1/ I got an activation error ( 1 pc max ) on my new pc.

2/ on my old pc, at the activation level, I choose Desactivation.

3/ back to my new pc, I try again the activation process... whithout success...

4/ after a lot of research and trial, I tried to desactivate on captureone webside but didn't find a proper menu and help command with desactivation command...
