After upgrading to C1 21 All my presets are missing.

Please help! I just upgraded to Capture 21. When I did so, I checked that all my preferences had copied over correctly. Once confirming that they were all there, I then placed all the older versions of C1 into the trash. The next time I re-started C1 21 it jumped back to the activation page asking for the license code & profile password as if I was opening it for the first time. After re-activating it, I found that all my preferences are gone & I don't know how to get them back. All the folders associated with the older versions of C1 are still in the trash, but I cannot work out how to copy all my preferences back into C1 21. Thanks.

    Most probably your new version reverted to a "standard" layout, and not to the last one you used.

    I hope you had saved your workspace, in that case, you will find it back under Window > Workspace > .. the name of your previous workspace..

    Thanks Claude - luckily I saved all the workspaces & other settings.  I eventually found where the corresponding folders were in C1 21, transferred from the old folder and now everything is back to normal.
