"Writelock" (catalogue is used by ... me) is still here ??

It is really over weird that this silly super annoying thing is still here in V21: when you cannot open the catalogue and have to go to the package content and erase "writelock" file. Why does something like this exist at all - it has absolutely no meaning and is just bothering the user. Time to erase this nonsense ?

    it may occur when Capture One closed wrongly. Usually, writelock disappears when the catalogue is closed.
