Capture One21 Tether

Hello. I would like to ask several questions about functions of my software, which I bought from your company. When I began to use your software, photos which I take with a tether mode are automatically displayed in a preview. However, in these days, something wrong with my basic settings on your software and I cannot make my photos display with my preview automatically. Even if I activated hot folders and automatic selection of captured data, it won’t work. Please tell me how to display my photos on my preview automatically.

    Hello Koji,

     

    This a mainly User to User forum.

    If you need to ask the Capture One Support Team directly you should use the "Submit a request" option to create a Support Case.

    In both situations, user replies or official Capture One support, it would be useful to know which camera(s) you are using and which Mac(s) and operating system versions you are using.

    Some cameras have specific settings for active tethering through Capture One.

    Some will shoot with memory cards in the camera if the correct setting is selected. Others will not. This is often camera model dependent.
