Canon R6 - Over sharpening of Raws ?

Hello all, please advise.

I'm working with a Canon R6 Camera and raw files. When importing my Raws the can look over-sharpened, very digital almost too much fine detail.  ...(I know this is rare, as most worry about soft images).

I have the sharpening set to 0,0,0 and no clarity, or details set either. Would you think is a setting in my Camera.

I have IBIS on in camera and the lens stabilization on. I saw this on both my EF 70-300 and my new RF 24-70. Hi-res, image from the 70-300 attached, and a screengrab.
