I payed for a fujifilm plan but never received the software

    If you did not receive an email have you checked whether the products have been added to your account?.

    The Download is something you can do from the Capture One web site anyway. No necessity to follow a link.

    HI @SFA, 

    I don't have any purchases in my order folder in my account. though I can't get a license key. so I assume my payment couldn't get registered.

    lets solve that please, its kind a bad start here.

    This is primarily a User to User forum rather than a personal support forum.

    To contact the Capture One support team about matters like this you will need to use the "Submit a request" feature of the Community website.

    There are some options there to allow you to choose the type of problem you wish to get help for and one of those will connect you to the sales and order processing people for personal support via email. 

    I assume that you made the purchase via the Fastspring website?  Fastspring service the license purchasing activity for Capture One. It will probably be useful to make contact with them as well. 

     

    Also check to see if the card you used has the transaction listed as a previous or pending transaction.

    Is there any possibility that you may have more than one Capture One account or a different email address or that mails may have been dropped into a "spam" folder?
