Problems with initial set up - 'Unable to connect to server' - 'incorrect password'
Hi, I'm trying our Capture One Express for Fuji,
I have created an account, I have a license key, I've downloaded and installed the software, but when I try to login I get an error saying 'Unable to connect to server' I've followed a few trouble shooters online, I have unistalled and reinstalled a few times, I have no firewall or connection problems and still no luck. Any idea what to do next? Windows user by the way. Thanks,
