Syncing Rating between Lightroom and Capture One

I tend to use both LR an C1 for selecting and rating my photos. But it seems that when rating is done on C1, it is not reflected in LR.

 

Is there anyway I can sync the ratings between 2 programs easily and automatically?

  In Capture One you need to be creating .xmp sidecar files which will record the ratings. 

  See this setting on the Image tab in Preferences (but NOT set the way I have it set - I'm not using .xmp files).

  Presumably you need to see to some settings in LR so that it will read the .xmp files created by C1.
