    I just bought a Nikon Z62 and I cannot transfer Raw file into Capture One 20.

    I understand that version 21 has support. Why does version 20 have no support for raw files?

    It does - just not for your relatively new-to-market camera's files. 

    Nikon camera support in Capture One

    Just like every with other Raw converter, once a new version of Capture One is released, new camera support ends for older versions of the software - it has been this way forever.

    So you can either upgrade to Capture One 21; or you convert your Nikon's files to DNG and hope that they look OK in Capture One 20.
