Capture One 21 Pro update will not install

I have been successfully using Capture One 21 Pro v. 14.0.1.5 for several weeks on a Win 10 PC. I recently received an update notification so followed the link to download v. 14.0.2. The file downloaded successfully but when I tried to launch the .exe file I got the message "The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program."

I have repeated the download several times but each time I try to run the new file I get the same message. Does anyone know why this might be happening and what I need to do?

    Just in case no one here has had the same experience I would suggest that you create a Support Case as well if you have not already done so.

    Submit a request.
