C1 21 not downloadable with Mac OS Big Sur 11.2.1

Hi! I have purchased an upgrade to C1 21, but even the download does not work on my MAC OS Big Sur 11.2.1. In addition, I made a mistake and purchased the software twice. How can I cancel the orders?

    When you say the download doesn't work, what exactly do you mean? Have you gone to the Capture One website, logged in and clicked the download link? If so, what happens - absolutely nothing? Do you see any error messages? Have you tried doing it with a different browser?
