All of a sudden C1 21 stalls with spinning wheels running everywhere

Good morning!

All of a sudden C1 21 stalls with spinning wheels running everywhere.

I decided to use subscription from now on since C1 'Perpetual License' is never perpetual seen that I had to purchase the new software version from C1 9 up to C1 20.

Now C1 21 stalls of a sudden a few minutes before my clients arrive. It was working fine yesterday!

Frustrating.

What is the solution apart of loading it again, restart computer and software many times?!

    Greetings,

    I have a perpetual license and this morning, just like you, I have the spinning wheels as I enter the app.

    I am running on the latest Big Sur release 11.1 and C1 14.0.2

    Yes, this is very frustrating.  Is anybody looking into this?

    I received help on facebook from Alexander Fleming of C1:

    Try holding the Alt / Option key down while launching. Maybe it's your Catalog/Session that's failing to load and not actually Capture One.

    When I first tried the help suggestion, it did not work.  I then did a force quit and redid the suggestion.  This time, I opened up a different Catalog instead of the last Session that I was working on.  I created a new Session from different images and everything seams to be working on C1. 

    Based on the information that I followed up with Alexander, it is possible that my last Session got corrupted somehow.
