Capture one - Export Problem

I'm trying to export 40 images in tiff format. When I do I get 40 images in combined but some of the files are missing, instead I have a couple of copies from few files which made it 40 in total. The wired part is the file number of the exported files are correct the image that belongs to that file number is totally different. How is that even possible and how can I fix it?
