Tools doesn't work in the RAWs, a send a request but i don't receive suport

All editing tools don't work with my Fujifilm RAF files, I'm forwarding images from the desktop, from the license, with the metadata from Fujifilm images because my license is active and I can't use anything from Capture One

    Is your camera actually supported by your version of the software?

    You have the Clone layer tool selected in your screen shots.

    Which tools are you expecting to be active when cloning?

     

    Or does the problem exist no matter which tool feature you have selected?

    The problem exist no matter which tool, only work in JPEGs, and i don't know why

    So do you have the Fuji activation for Capture One or the Pro Activation or some other version?

    Only on favorite of session all the tools work, i really don't understand
