Input Lag with Wacom when pressing/tapping fast

I got a strange problem when using C1 and my Wacom Intuos S BT.

When I try to do several strokes faster than 1 second, the input/tip/click of my pen doesn't get recognized.

This is only in C1. No problems in Photoshop or Windows.

Does anyone experience this problem as well and has a solution? This is really annoying.

Edit: This issue happens only if I draw lines in one direction. If i switch the directions, everything works fine. I don't get it...

Edit 2: OK, so I found out when turning off windows-Ink in the Wacom Driver, everything works as intended. But then I don't have the possibility to adjust my brush-size by more/less pressure to the tablet anymore.
Is there a way around it? I really like this feature.
