Cancel service
Hi,
I’m trying to make sure I have successfully canceled my subscription of the trial.
I just want to make sure that when I canceled it weeks ago, it went through successfully.
I tried to check this on the website that asks me for my email although I am already signed in.
Then, it says that the procedure has been sent to my email but I am not receiving anything.
I've also tried to reach support but without luck so far. Any help is very much appreciated! Thanks.
