Direct Color Editor and Brush Adjustment window not working on M1?

On C1 20 (v13.1.4.15) on my new M1 Mini and wondered if anyone else was experiencing the same or if it's me.

First, the Direct Color Editor, one of my favorite and most often-used tools in C1, doesn't seem to be working at all. The tool is active, but click-dragging on the image will almost never have any effect (it seems that once every 20 times I try it works but otherwise nada).

I'm also finding that while in fullscreen mode and have the Brush tool selected, I can no longer right-click to bring up a contextual menu for adjusting the brush settings. Once exiting Fullscreen, it will work as usual. Is there a setting or something I'm missing or is it just a bug that should be reported?
