Corona symptoms inside DAM ?
I own one of the best performing iMacs and it is absolutely awful to scroll through the library of CO21 to look for details or to change the view quickly, when scrolling in the viewer, when operating with controls. Everything runs viscously and it is absolutely no fun to work. Every change takes 1-2 seconds to be displayed correctly again - and all of this for € 219 as a subscription. Have we gone completely mad? Why is it so difficult to program a decent DAM? It is a pleasure to work with i.e. Affinity products, every other image database I know is essentially more performant and user-friendly. What's always offered here as an update is a shame and is only worth a fraction of the subscription price. I'm fed up with it and anyone with half brain would end the drama and ask for their money back. My silent hope is that the Indian programmers they hired will do better and the Danes should concentrate on customer support. If the performance doesn't make a quantum leap, I'm out.

They announced a part of the features planned in the March update on Twitter.
Seems to go into a more user-friendly approach.I hope it delivers.
Otherwise, don't close the door, because I'll be soon out too.0 -
I leave it open for you and the subsequent mass rush !

... so sad. I really wanted to leave Adobe behind, but this product is so far worse and the (non-)reaction of the support is just unbelievable. They say that LR catalogs can be imported which is just not the case in reality. And I plan to get an M1 Mac. Well..... so, I'm still standing in the door and peeked in for 12 weeks (payed the full C1 License) and feel like being urged out by the rush of people leaving the room with good reasons. I just don't get it. Is the company behind C1 still alive? Maybe C1 just died.
