Capture one 21 doesn’t seem to work on my computer

I am unable to activate my capture one 21. Every time it say”could not query profile because no data was received from the server”. I have a account created via which I did my purchase and still at some stage of activation it says account not valid. Is there a difference between “ License Key”, Activation code/key and registration key.. What’s the best way to connect with capture one customer care ..?

  Thanks ..It worked now also I had purchased the capture one 21 without realising that I already had a perpetual license which I purchased few years back. Can the extra money paid be refunded ...?

  If you bought a perpetual licence a few years back, that means that the version you are entitled to use the version you bought for ever. So if you bought, say, version 8, you can carry on using version 8 for as long as you like (if you have a computer that will still run it). It doesn't give you updates to newer versions.

  Let me rephrase my query...If I choose to upgrade my existing perpetual license to a newer version, won't I get the newer upgrade at a discounted price ....? versus buying new license without upgrade.

  since thats what shows online. There is a price difference of approx. INR 4,000/- .
