Activation

Hello!
I was working with Win 7 OS... My Capture One was activated.
Finally I moved to Win 10 OS. But both OS instulled on the same computer so I can choose on which one I can work. I instulled a Capture One on Win 10 workflore but in activation step I'v been told that I had reached activation limit and have to deactivate one or more computer. Then I back to the Win 7 on the same comouter to deactivate Capture One and recognize that Capture One already deactivated without I was involved. So right now there is no way to activate my Capture One, I alwase get the same massage "reached activation limit and have to deactivate one or more computer"...
Any help, please

    It sounds like you need to discuss this with the Support Team using the "Submit a request" option.

     

    Which version of C1 are you using? (I note that you have posted in the Legacy V11/V12 area of the forum.)
