New Subscription cannot be ACTIVATED
Aloha!
I am on an urgent deadline and I just purchased the monthly subscription to Capture One 21. I went through the activation steps with my license number and profile retrieval etc. However every time I open capture one 21 I get a message that says my subscription has been deactivated.
I've reset my activations online, I've deactivated my device and reactivated it multiple times. This is a huge problem for me and I don't really have an alternative. Any urgent help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

You really need to talk to theC1 support team on a personal level. Primarily this forum is a User to User facility.
Use the "Submit a request" option and pick the generic routing subject matter that seems to best match you problem.
There may also be some useful documents in the FAQ section. Use the search facility in the Community to access possibly relevant articles and forum posts from the entire Support area in one go.
