Aktivieren nicht möglich

Mein Arbeitscomputer hat Win7.

Eine Aktivierung ist weder online noch offline möglich.

Test 04 und Test 05 zeigen, es wird kein Server gefunden.

Auch offline gibt es keinen Aktivierungscode. Anzeigen: ups ... nicht möglich.

Jedoch auf einem Win10 Rechner geht alles problemlos.

Was kann ich tun?

    My work computer has Win7.

    Activation is not possible online or offline.

    Test 04 and Test 05 show, no server is found.

    Also offline there is no activation code. Show: oops ... not possible.

    However, on a Win10 machine everything goes without a problem.

    What can I do?

    Upgrade to Win 10. CO is not compatible with Win 7.

    Der Service hat sich mit diesem Link gemeldet.

    Ein TLS-Protkoll 1.2 musste eingerichtet werden. (siehe Link)

    Ab dann wurde der Server erkannt und eine Anmeldung war möglich.

    Meine Test-Phase lasse ich jetzt mit der Version CO 20 laufen.

    The service has reported with this link.

    A TLS protocol 1.2 had to be set up. (see link)

    From then on the server was recognized and a login was possible.

    I am now running my test phase with version CO 20.
