Imported images not shown for C1 Express for Sony

It has been working fine before but suddenly it was not showing the imported images for selection anymore. I tried re-installing but it didn't help

What have you been doing when initiating the import process?
Have anything changed in the system set up or camera set up (if you are connecting directly to camera.)
Do you remove the memory card from the camera?

Sorry, I dont recall doing anything whether on camera or C10 -
I connect directly from camera to computer. I dont take out the memory card

Depending on the model of Sony camera there may be multiple connection modes. Is it possible you have connected with the camera set to a mode that is NOT identified as a Mass Storage Device by the computer?

It's a Sony a7m3.
As far as I'm aware I've not changed the transfer mode. And not done anything different from before. I'm now using a different computer but the problem started already with the previous one.0 -

So C1 gives you the screens to select the mages it finds and then appears to process them but afterwords you cannot see them when looking on the library?
Ir do you see the connection to the card in the camera but none of the folders on the card seem to have any images in them?

Its the first situation. it's s in the library but when i click on an image-name nothing happens. But before this once import was successful the images were displayed and I'll choose which image to process first. I didn't have to go to the library
