Nikon 7200 NEF files not showing

How do I get Nikon 7200 NEF files to show in the browser in Capture One 21 Pro?

    Hi Bill,

    Catalog or session?

    If Catalog, have you imported the files?

    If Session, have you imported the files OR navigated to and opened the folder(s) in which they are currently stored?

    If tethering do you have Nikon ticked as a manufacturer for which support needs to be active in the Preferences file.

    If none of these answers is relevant some information about how you are working and what you are doing might be required before answers can be provided.

    Hi SFA,

    Thank you for your comments. I've just worked out what I was doing wrong.

    I used Nikon Transfer to save the NEF files on my computer. Doing it this way meant that the Meta data got lost in the transfer.

    When I plug the cxamera's SD card into my computer and transfer the files that way then the Meta data is preserved and I can edit in Capture One.
