Can I upgrade to capture 20 instead of 21?
Hi there I recently got a Canon R5 and have had Capture one v11 for a few years now. I recently just discovered all the issues I'm having with reading CR3 files. I've tried using a DNG converter but even that has its downfall as it strips the colour of the image when importing into Capture One.
I use my software on 3 separate computers and I've read that upgrading to Capture one 21 will only allow me to 2 license keys. Is there anyway I can just upgrade to Capture One 20 so I can maintain my workflow and not have to sacrifice anything? Or is there an alternate solution that I can use to see cr3 files in Capture 11?
Any help would be amazing, thank you!

I thought that if you were already a Capture One user entitled to 3 activations, you retained the right to that on upgrading. But you had better ask Support about that and not just take my word for it.

I checked and it says I have 0 activations left, I know that was a thing for I think capture 10 or 12 but I know 11 doesn't have that ability, unfortunately (although I'm hoping I'm wrong)

If you log on to your account on the Capture One website, then go to manage licences, then click the activation history link, you should see something like this. How many activations does it show? Are there any activations you had forgotten about?
