Activation notpossible

Hello, I wanted to activate the test version, but it is in neither way possible. Online and offline "server cannot be reached" or similar message appears in red letters. 

In offline activationI see a QR code and the code for manual retrieving the license code, but it does not work. Do you have server problems? I deactivated the firewall and the anti-virus software. Which I usually never do when I activate a software.

    Well, I thought its downgrade compatible, but it only runs onwards Win8. I think that caused the error which I described above. So I had to uninstall the software because I run on Win7 and cannot upgrade to Win10.

    Win 7 support ended with Version 20. Sadly. 

    But with Windows 10 on a new device, everything seems to work nicely.
