    If you want to, you can just go to the catalog in Windows File Explorer, and delete it.

    BUT... if your images are stored inside the catalog you will be deleting them too, unless you move them out onto a folder on your computers fils system first first. On the other hand if the images are already in a folder rather than in the catalog, they will be fine, and you can just delete the catalog.

    Note that the list you see in Capture One at the top of the Library tool is just a recent files list - you can't readily delete individual catalogs or sessions from there, though you can clear the list completely, and it will gradually repopulate over time.
