    You can download 13.1.4 here:

    https://www.captureone.com/en/account/download/previous

    but I didn't find any link to get 13.0.4.

    That would be surprising, Bill, but if so I think you may need to create a Support request .

    That way you should get personalised assistance.

    Which is? 

    Whatever "necessary" code change is found in 13.0.4, will be in every subsequent version.
