The support form online is not working, cannot complete it

    There is no guarantee that anyone from support will see your post.

    What kind of problem are you having with the form?  Is every field filled out?  Have you tried a different browser?

    The form, as shown in Firefox, has no entry boxes to fill in with information requested.  I have previously used Firefox for support, as recently as two weeks ago, with no problem. However  I will try your suggestion and try Safari,which is the only other browser a currently have access to

    After some convoluted manipulation I managed to use another computer to send in the support request with the needed attachments and details 

    Hopefully support can resolve the issue
